NW Coorey Lawyers & Associates work on fixed fee agreements. We bill per application, not hourly. Our fixed price model ensures transparency with clients knowing in advance the costs involved. Prior to commencing work, a consultation will be set up where the facts of the case are determined, and an immigration pathway considered. A professional services agreement will then be sent that outlines the costs of the application.
Professional Fee Estimates
The above chart covers the professional costs of a visa/citizenship application. These are starting from costs for a standard application, and where matters are more complex, the fixed professional fee will be tailored for individual circumstances with the client notified prior to commencement. The fee agreement will also set out in writing costs associated with government lodgment fees, and where applicable, approximate costs of health and penal checks.
